The Fed said in December they were planning to cut rates 3 times this year. The stock market somehow translated that to mean 8 rate cuts. But the jobs report came in extra strong yesterday, beating expectations. And inflation was hotter this week than expected. So maybe NO rate cuts this year if that keeps up, and some Fed officials threatening more hikes. We shall see. Stop spending money everyone if you want rate cuts! Haha

3 of the most important things to know when buying your first investment property‼️
1. Don’t trust what the salesperson is telling you, always do your own due diligence! 🔍
2. Agents don’t always know what a property will rent for. Talk to a property manager instead to get the best information. You can also use website like @rentometer @zillow, and @biggerpockets to do your own research. 🏘️
3. Don’t forget all the expenses! You can’t make an accurate calculation of an investment property’s value without looking at all the numbers 🧮
