Why I Created This?

After nearly 30 years in real estate, my biggest breakthroughs never came from a course or a spreadsheet — they came from conversations. On a ski lift. Over coffee on the couch.

When women gather in a loosely structured space, magic happens. At my last retreat, people moved through blocks they didn't know they had. One comment, one new perspective, can shift the whole trajectory of your career.

That's what this weekend is: not a seminar, not rows of chairs. A gentle fall hike to a lake, dinners at Park City's best restaurants, and a look at one of America's fastest-growing towns.

A small, cozy room of ambitious women, mastermind-style — sharing what they know to help each other level up.

I'll be with you all weekend, sharing what nearly three decades of investing, business-building, and life have taught me — nothing off limits. We'll look at your deals, work through what's keeping you up at night, and shine light on the fears holding you back.

But I won't be the only teacher in the room. Every woman brings something valuable — her deals, her strategies, her hard-won lessons.

My hope is you leave with new ideas. Even more, I hope you leave with new friends, partners, and resources you can call on long after the weekend ends. The right room changes everything.

Our Weekend Together

Friday - Let’s Look at a Real Deal (optional)

Join me at Discovery Ridge, Park City where we’ll walk through our subdivision. We’ll discuss the ins and outs of ground up development.

I’ll share the mistakes, surprises, challenges, numbers, decisions, and lessons that come with taking a project from land acquisition through development.

This portion of the weekend will also be open to the public.

Later, we’ll share a delicious meal together.

Saturday — The Mastermind

Saturday is our day together at my home. This is where we roll up our sleeves.

We’ll talk strategy, analyze deals, share opportunities, brainstorm solutions, and learn from each other.

Everyone gets to participate. Everyone gets to contribute.

And everyone gets to ask the questions they might not be comfortable asking in a room of 500 people.

Saturday Night — Dinner & Fun

We’ll head into Park City for dinner and enjoy one of my favorite mountain towns.

Because some of the best conversations happen after the “official” day is over.

Sunday — Let’s Go Explore

Breakfast, and then the most beautiful mountain hike with dramatic fall colors and impressive mountains.

For anyone who wants to stay, we’ll head over to Midway and Heber and look at properties and opportunities in one of the fastest-growing areas of Utah.

This part is optional, but I hope you’ll join us. Lunch in Midway will be unforgettable, I promise!

Includes four meals, a real ground-up development walkthrough at Discovery Ridge, and a full day of mastermind at my home where everyone gets to participate.

Accommodations are not included in the retreat price, but Park City has plenty of great options nearby.

If you want the full Main Street experience, we recommend Main & SKY, which puts you right in the heart of downtown, walking distance to restaurants and shops.

If you'd rather stay closer to Kathy's home for a shorter drive and a lower price, AC Hotel Park City is 5 minutes away and right across from a shopping center.

Transportation to and from all retreat sessions is included, so wherever you book, we'll get you where you need to be.
